CZBANK Announces Approval of Lyu Linhua as Director and President, with Chief Compliance Officer Role Simultaneously Effective

On April 10, CZBANK announced that it has received official approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration for the appointment of Lyu Linhua as a Director and President of the bank. According to the relevant regulations, the regulatory authority has officially approved Lyu Linhua's qualifications for these positions. His appointment as the company's Chief Compliance Officer also takes effect simultaneously.

Public information shows that Lyu Linhua was born in May 1978 and holds a master's degree. His previous roles include serving as Assistant to the Director of the Statistics and Research Department at the China Insurance Regulatory Commission's Zhejiang Bureau, as well as holding positions such as Assistant Director, Deputy Director, and Director of the Office (Party Committee Office). He also served as Director of the Policies and Regulations Department at the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission's Zhejiang Bureau, and held the roles of Director of the Office (Party Committee Office, Party Inspection Office) and First-Level Investigator. Most recently, he was a Party Committee Member and Vice President of the Zhejiang Rural Commercial United Bank.
