CFMEE Shifts to Fully Electronic Delivery of Corporate Communications, Printed Copies Only on Request

Bulletin Express08-26 20:42

On 26 August 2026, Circuit Fabology Microelectronics Equipment Co., Ltd. (CFMEE) announced new arrangements for distributing corporate communications in compliance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association.

Effective immediately, all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided in electronic format:

1. Actionable documents (e.g., dividend election forms, rights-issue applications, takeover acceptances) will be emailed individually to shareholders. If CFMEE does not hold a functional email address for a shareholder, a printed copy of the actionable document and a request form for email details will be mailed.

2. General corporate communications will be posted on both the company’s website (www.cfmee.cn) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). No separate notification of publication will be sent; shareholders may subscribe to HKEX’s free News Alert service for updates.

To ensure timely delivery, shareholders are urged to submit a valid email address via the online form accessible through the QR code provided in the circular—available until 25 October 2026—or by notifying the company’s H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong; email: 9630-ecom@vistra.com).

Printed copies of any future corporate or actionable communications remain available free of charge upon written or email request to the registrar. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor at +852 2980 1333 during business hours or via the email address above.

The initiative aligns CFMEE’s disclosure practices with HKEX’s digital-first framework, aiming to improve efficiency and sustainability while maintaining shareholder access to essential information.
