CLP Announces HK$0.63 Second-Quarter Dividend, Sets 15 Sept 2026 Payout Date

CLP Holdings Limited (CLP) has declared a second interim ordinary dividend of HK$0.63 per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2026, according to a filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange dated 6 August 2026.

The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars on 15 September 2026. Key entitlement dates are as follows: the shares will trade ex-dividend on 2 September 2026; the last day for lodging share transfers is 3 September 2026 at 16:30 HKT; the register of members will be closed on 4 September 2026, which also serves as the record date.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, located at Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, is the share registrar handling the transfer process.

No withholding tax applies to this dividend, and the company reported no outstanding listed warrants or convertible securities.

The board currently comprises Non-executive Directors Sir Michael Kadoorie, Andrew Brandler, Philip Kadoorie, Betty Yuen So Siu Mai and Diego Gonzalez Morales; Independent Non-executive Directors Nicholas C.
