Midea Group (00300) announced that on April 23, 2026, the company repurchased 626,400 A-share shares at a cost of 50.0017 million yuan. The repurchase price per share ranged from 78.75 yuan to 80.11 yuan. On the same day, the company issued 140,100 A-share shares as a result of option exercises under its eighth stock option incentive plan. Additionally, 65,100 A-share shares were issued following option exercises under the ninth stock option incentive plan.
