Hongji Chuangneng Technology's Hong Kong IPO prospectus, submitted on June 27, has lapsed on December 27 after being active for six months, with Haitong International and CITIC Securities acting as joint sponsors. According to the prospectus, the company describes itself as a world-leading independent supplier of membrane electrode assemblies, specializing in the research and development, mass production, and commercialization of catalyst coated membranes (CCM) and membrane electrode assemblies (MEA). Based on data from CIC, measured by MEA sales volume, Hongji Chuangneng was the largest independent MEA supplier in China and the second largest globally in 2024.
