ASMPT Sets 27 Oct 2026 Board Meeting to Approve Nine-Month 2026 Results

ASMPT Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Tuesday, 27 October 2026. The agenda includes reviewing and approving the unaudited consolidated results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026.

Pending board approval, the company plans to release the results announcement on the morning of 28 October 2026.

As disclosed, the board currently consists of Chairman John Lok Kam Chong, Independent Non-Executive Directors Andrew Chong Yang Hsueh, Hera Siu Kitwan and Wendy Koh Meng Meng, Non-Executive Directors Dr. Hichem M’Saad and Paulus Antonius Henricus Verhagen, and Executive Director Bassel Haddad. Company Secretary Kong Choon Jupiter issued the notice on 9 October 2026.
