LONGSYS: Huabo Cai Acquires A-shares

Huabo Cai's deemed interest in LONGSYS (09976) A-shares increased after the company bought back 151,700 A-shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on September 15, 2026, at an average of CNY 329.2919 per share, involving about CNY 49.95 million. This was an on-exchange active trade (the company's share buyback), and as a concert party, Huabo Cai is deemed interested in the treasury shares.

Prior to the acquisition, Huabo Cai's long position in LONGSYS was 178.48 million A-shares, representing 41.54%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 178.63 million A-shares, with the long position ratio rising to 41.57%.
