On September 17, 2026, Zhizhou Wen was deemed to have acquired 777,100 A-shares of Haitian Flav (03288) at an average price of CNY 33.9190 per share, involving about CNY 26.36 million. The deemed acquisition arose from the company's share repurchase on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, which led to an increase in Wen's deemed interest through a concert party agreement. This was an off-exchange transaction (consideration: cash), not a direct secondary-market dealing.

Prior to the acquisition, Wen's long position in Haitian Flav was 3.28 billion shares, representing 58.93%; following the acquisition, the holding remained at 3.28 billion shares, with the long position ratio rising to 58.95% as a result of the reduced total number of outstanding shares.
