China Aluminum International Engineering Corporation Limited (CHALIECO) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, detailing a minor adjustment to its A-share capital structure while confirming public-float compliance for its Hong Kong-listed H shares.

Key developments • Share buy-back and cancellation: On 6 August 2026, the company repurchased and cancelled 918,300 A shares under the 2023 Restricted Share Incentive Scheme. • Issued A-share reduction: The cancellation lowered the outstanding A-share count to 2,587.44 million, a 0.04% decrease from the previous month’s 2,588.36 million. • H-share stability: The Hong Kong-listed H-share register remained unchanged at 399.48 million shares. • Combined issued share capital: Total issued shares across both listings now stand at 2,986.92 million, matching the authorised share capital. • No treasury stock: The company holds no treasury shares following the transaction. • Public-float confirmation: CHALIECO affirmed that its H-share free float exceeds the 5% minimum requirement stipulated by Main Board Rule 13.32B.

No new share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity instruments were issued during the month, and there were no outstanding repurchases pending cancellation.
