On September 21, 2026, Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. (ASX: 06690) announced that it repurchased 2.64 million A-shares at a total cost of approximately 52.58 million yuan. The buyback price per share ranged from 19.86 yuan to 20.08 yuan.
On the same day, the company also repurchased 600,000 H-shares for approximately 11.83 million Hong Kong dollars. The repurchase price for these shares ranged from 19.58 to 19.8 Hong Kong dollars per share.
