Linklogis to Replace Chief Financial Officer Zhao Yu; Vice President Huang Weibo Takes Interim Charge

Linklogis Inc. announced that Chief Financial Officer Zhao Yu will resign effective 30 April 2026, citing personal reasons. The company confirmed that Zhao has no disagreement with the board and that no further matters require shareholder attention.

Chairman Song Qun acknowledged Zhao’s seven-year tenure, highlighting his contributions to capital-market development and the Group’s financial governance framework.

From 1 May 2026, Vice President Huang Weibo will oversee corporate finance, financial management and strategic investment during the transition period. Huang’s background includes CFO and senior strategy roles at Keep Inc. (November 2020–March 2025) and earlier executive positions at Deloitte and multiple technology firms. He is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds audit and information-systems certifications. Huang earned a bachelor’s degree in public finance and taxation from Sun Yat-sen University and an MBA from Georgetown University.

The board composition remains unchanged, with Song Qun as Chairman and executive director alongside two other executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
