XD Inc. (HKEX: 2400) reported a fresh tranche of share repurchases under its existing mandate, according to the company’s Next Day Disclosure Return filed on 27 July 2026.
The latest transaction, completed on 27 July 2026, involved the on-market repurchase of 180,000 ordinary shares at prices ranging from HKD 41.66 to HKD 44.98. The total consideration amounted to HKD 7.95 million, implying an average purchase price of approximately HKD 44.18 per share.
Since the current buyback mandate was approved on 28 May 2026, the company has repurchased an aggregate 5.18 million shares, equivalent to 1.06% of the issued share capital on the mandate date. These repurchases represent 10.58% of the 48.93 million shares authorised for buyback under the mandate.
The repurchased shares, spanning 30 on-market transactions executed between 12 June and 27 July 2026, are earmarked for cancellation and collectively total 5.18 million shares. As of 27 July 2026, XD Inc.’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 489.31 million shares, as the cancellations have not yet taken effect.
Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 26 August 2026.
