China XLX Fertiliser Ltd. (China XLX) has announced that, effective 21 September 2026, it will adopt an electronic-only model for issuing all future corporate communications in order to align with amended Listing Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and its own articles of association.
Under the new framework, reports, circulars, notices of meeting and other shareholder materials (“Corporate Communications”) will be published on both the company’s website (www.chinaxlx.com.hk) and HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders will no longer receive separate notifications alerting them to each online publication and are encouraged to monitor the websites directly.
Documents that call for shareholder action (“Actionable Corporate Communications”) will be emailed individually. If China XLX does not hold a shareholder’s functional email address, or if the address proves inoperative, the company will mail printed copies of the actionable documents together with a request form to capture a valid email address for future use.
To facilitate the transition, shareholders are invited to submit a working email address via an online form (accessible through a QR code) by 20 October 2026, or later by written notice or email to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited.
Shareholders who prefer hard-copy materials, or who experience difficulty accessing the online information, may request printed versions of any future Corporate Communications or Actionable Corporate Communications at no cost by contacting Tricor Investor Services Limited.
Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited on +852 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00) or via email at 1866-ecom@vistra.com.
