Kimou Environmental Holding Limited announced on 24 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report and a circular containing the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting have been released in both English and Chinese. The documents are accessible on the company’s website (www.kimou.com.cn) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).
Consistent with the expanded paper-reduction framework under Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07, effective since 31 December 2023, Kimou Environmental has fully shifted to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications. Printed copies will no longer be dispatched by default.
Non-registered shareholders who prefer hard copies, or who encounter difficulty accessing the electronic versions, can request physical documents free of charge by contacting the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or via email at ir@kimou.com.cn. Shareholders wishing to switch their preferred method of receipt may submit the enclosed reply form to the registrar or email a scanned, signed copy to the same address.
To ensure timely receipt of future corporate communications, non-registered shareholders are advised to provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Without an active email on record, investors will not receive electronic notification of new publications and must monitor the company and HKEXnews websites independently.
