Ming Fai International Announces Full Transition to Electronic Distribution for 2025 Annual Report and 2026 AGM Documents

Bulletin Express04-22

On 23 April 2026, Ming Fai International Holdings Limited issued a formal notice confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, the circular for the 2026 Annual General Meeting, and the related proxy form have been published on both HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company website (www.mingfaigroup.com).

In line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the group has adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms—in place of printed copies.

Shareholders are asked to provide a functional email address by scanning a personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai.

Key operational points: • Absence of an email address means shareholders will not receive electronic publication alerts and must actively monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for new documents. • Actionable corporate communications—those requiring voting instructions or elections—will continue to be sent in printed form if no email address is on record. • Printed versions of any corporate communication remain available free of charge upon written or emailed request; such instructions are valid for one year from the request date.

For enquiries, shareholders may contact the registrar on +852 2862 8688 during business hours. Chairman Ching Chi Fai signed the notice on behalf of the Board.
