Dazhong Dental finalises HK$12.00 million H-share placement; public float expands to 18.23 million shares

Wuhan Dazhong Dental Medical Co., Ltd. (Dazhong Dental) has completed the placing of 1.20 million new H shares under its existing general mandate. Settlement occurred on 15 July 2026.

The placing price was HK$10.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of HK$12.00 million and net proceeds of approximately HK$11.00 million, equating to a net issue price of about HK$9.17 per share. The transaction represents 6.58% of the enlarged H-share base and 2.37% of the company’s total issued capital.

Capital deployment plan • Advertising expansion: HK$3.00 million (27.27%). • Marketing and investor-relations engagement: HK$2.50 million (22.73%). • Digital diagnostic and treatment equipment upgrades: HK$2.00 million (18.18%). • Standardised management and customer-service system upgrades: HK$2.00 million (18.18%). • General working capital: HK$1.50 million (13.64%).

Shareholding effects • H shares increased from 17.03 million to 18.23 million. • Public shareholders (excluding placees) now hold 14.29 million H shares, equivalent to 78.38% of the class and 28.24% of total issued capital. • The placees collectively own 1.20 million H shares (6.58% of the class; 2.37% of total capital). • Unlisted shares remain unchanged at 32.35 million, with Zhongshan Medical Investment retaining 63.44% of pre-placement capital and 61.93% post-placement.

IPO proceeds update From the HK$178.17 million raised at listing in July 2025, HK$18.77 million had been utilised by 31 December 2025. The remaining HK$159.40 million is earmarked for expansion, acquisitions, facility upgrades, IT enhancements, talent development and working capital, with full deployment targeted by 31 December 2029.

Dazhong Dental will complete the requisite China Securities Regulatory Commission filings related to the placement in due course.
