HBM Holdings Limited reported that 800,800 new ordinary shares were issued in July 2026 through its Post-IPO Share Option Scheme, generating HKD 2.30 million in proceeds. The issuance expanded the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) to 869.14 million, up 0.09% from 868.34 million a month earlier. Total issued shares, including 31.83 million treasury shares, rose to 900.98 million.
The option pool under the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme decreased to 33.63 million outstanding options after the July exercises, while a further 29.46 million shares remain available for future grants under the scheme’s mandate. Separately, the Post-IPO Share Award Scheme retains capacity for up to 28.46 million share awards; no shares were issued or transferred during the month.
Authorised capital was unchanged at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.000025 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 0.50 million. Treasury share holdings were steady at 31.83 million.
HBM Holdings confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.
