According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, JPMorgan Chase & Co. increased its holdings in Sanhua Intelligent Controls (HKG: 02050) by approximately 1.12 million shares on May 29th.
The transaction was executed at an average price of about HK$31.84 per share, resulting in a total investment of roughly HK$35.73 million.
Following this acquisition, JPMorgan Chase's total shareholding in the company has risen to approximately 23.92 million shares.
This represents a stake of about 5.01% of the company's issued share capital.
