MicroPort announces company secretary transition: Ms. Yuen steps down, Ms. Yeung takes post on 31 Mar 2026

MicroPort Scientific Corporation (MICROPORT) reported that, effective 31 March 2026, Ms. Yuen Wing Yan Winnie will resign as Company Secretary and cease to serve as Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05. The departing officer confirmed she has no disagreements with the board and no matters require shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

The board simultaneously appointed Ms. Yeung Siu Lam as the new Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, also effective 31 March 2026. Ms. Yeung satisfies the professional qualifications stipulated in Listing Rule 3.28. Currently a Senior Manager of Company Secretarial Services at Tricor Services Limited, she brings more than nine years of corporate secretarial experience with Hong Kong-listed, multinational, private and offshore companies. Her credentials include Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional designations, along with memberships in The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK). Academic qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Hong Kong and a Master of Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Metropolitan University.

MICROPORT’s board expressed appreciation for Ms. Yuen’s contributions and welcomed Ms. Yeung to her new roles. As of the announcement date, the board consists of one executive director (Dr. Zhaohua Chang), three non-executive directors (Dr. Feng Gu, Dr. Qingbing Men and Ms. Weiqin Sun), and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Jonathan H. Chou, Dr. Guoen Liu and Mr. Chunyang Shao).
