Auntea Jenny: Key Pre-IPO Investors Prolong Lock-Up, Cap Potential Sales to 3.68 Million Shares Through November 2026

Bulletin Express08-09 19:04

Auntea Jenny (Shanghai) Industrial Co., Ltd. announced that six pre-IPO shareholders have voluntarily extended their share lock-up commitments for an additional three months, reinforcing confidence in the company’s long-term prospects.

The prior lock-up, originally due to end on 7 May 2026 and already extended to 7 August 2026, will now run to 7 November 2026. During this period, the six investors—Suzhou Yizhong, Suzhou Xiangzhong, Nanjing Xiangzhong, Zhuhai Jinyiming, Guangzhou Hanshuai and Shanghai Yipu—have agreed that any combined disposals will not exceed 3.68 million shares, equivalent to about 3.50% of Auntea Jenny’s current share capital.

Individual sale caps for the period 8 August–7 November 2026 are: • Suzhou Yizhong Venture Capital Partnership: up to 1.99 million shares • Suzhou Xiangzhong Venture Capital Partnership: up to 0.29 million shares • Nanjing Xiangzhong Venture Capital Partnership: up to 0.07 million shares • Zhuhai Jinyiming Equity Investment Fund Partnership: up to 0.94 million shares • Guangzhou Hanshuai Venture Capital Partnership: up to 0.25 million shares • Shanghai Yipu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.: up to 0.15 million shares

Separately, five other major pre-IPO stakeholders—Shanghai Puhai, Shanghai Senrui, Shanghai Yuchao, Shanghai Yuyun and Shanghai Yuhong—maintain their earlier pledge to refrain from any share disposals until 7 November 2026.

Management highlighted that the renewed restrictions signal sustained shareholder confidence in the company’s operational strength and growth outlook. Nonetheless, the relevant parties may reassess their positions after the extended period, taking into account corporate performance and broader market conditions.
