E&P GLOBAL issues 454.55 million new shares in July; total share count climbs to 13.09 billion

E&P Global Holdings Limited reported that 454.55 million ordinary shares were allotted and issued on 13 July 2026 under a general mandate pursuant to a subscription agreement dated 27 June 2026 (supplemented on 6 July 2026). The new shares were placed at HKD 0.11 each.

The issuance lifted the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) to 13.09 billion shares from 12.64 billion at end-June, representing an expansion of approximately 3.60% on the previous base. No treasury shares were outstanding before or after the transaction.

Authorised capital was unchanged at 100 billion shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equal to HKD 1.00 billion.

E&P GLOBAL confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised during the month.
