China Resources Power (836) Announces 7.0% Growth in 2025 Net Generation

China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited (836) reported a total net generation of subsidiary power plants of 226,789,826 MWh for 2025, representing a 7.0% year-on-year increase according to an announcement dated 16 January 2026. The wind farms showed a 16.4% rise in full-year net generation, while photovoltaic plants increased by 55.5% year on year. Data was derived from internal management records that have not been audited or reviewed by external auditors.

In December 2025, overall net generation of subsidiary power plants rose by 6.6% year on year to 21,921,954 MWh. The largest gains were observed in wind power and photovoltaic generation, with increases of 21.6% and 58.0% respectively. The company reminded investors to exercise caution in dealing in its shares and disclosed that from October 2025 onwards, net generation figures include data from units in trial operation.
