China Jinmao Invites Shareholders to Update Corporate-Communication Preferences

Bulletin Express04-23

China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited has released a “Change Request Form” that enables registered shareholders to tailor how they receive the Company’s corporate communications.

The document sets out two primary options:

1. Current communication request • Shareholders may obtain a printed copy of the latest corporate communication in English, Chinese or both languages.

2. Future communication preference • Four alternatives are offered: – Access all future communications solely via the Company’s website with a notice sent by post or email. – Receive only the printed English version. – Receive only the printed Chinese version. – Receive both printed English and Chinese versions.

Key procedural notes include: • Only one selection is permitted per submission; forms with multiple, blank or incorrectly completed selections, or without signature, will be void. • For joint holdings, the shareholder whose name appears first on the register must sign the form. • Shareholders may revise their preference at any time by notifying the Hong Kong share registrar—Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited—by email (chinajinmao_IR@sinochem.com) or post. • All corporate communications remain available in both languages on China Jinmao’s website (http://www.chinajinmao.cn) for five years and can be supplied in hard copy upon request.

Completed forms should be returned to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Shareholders posting within Hong Kong may use the provided Freepost number 37 envelope without affixing postage.
