Continental Aerospace Technologies: J.P. Morgan Securities Closes Derivative on 14,000 Shares During Proposed Delisting Process

Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (Continental Aerospace Technologies) disclosed that J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, a Class (5) associate of the offeror, executed a closing-out transaction on a derivative contract involving 14,000 reference securities on 16 July 2026.

The derivative, classified as “other types of products,” carried a maturity date of 30 May 2028. The contract was closed at a reference price of USD 0.4145 per share, resulting in a total consideration of USD 5,802.78.

Following the transaction, J.P. Morgan Securities PLC’s resultant balance in Continental Aerospace Technologies increased to 318.83 million shares. The brokerage confirmed that the dealing was carried out on its own account and noted that it is ultimately owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The disclosure was made under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers in connection with Continental Aerospace Technologies’ proposed delisting.
