Innolight Addresses Market Rumors Regarding Supply Chain Disruption for Key Component

Deep News07-05

In response to investor inquiries on an interactive platform, Zhongji Innolight Co.,Ltd. stated on July 5th that market rumors regarding a blockade on its upstream material, the optical filter, are not factual.

The company clarified that it maintains normal procurement channels for its core materials and is receiving active support from suppliers, with no such blockade occurring. While the optical module assembly process is one of dozens of steps involved, the company emphasized that its operations should not be simplistically equated with the assembly industry.

High-end optical modules incorporate core technologies such as silicon photonics and coherent optics, and require long-term reliability testing along with stringent customer qualification and certification processes. In summary, the system design, integration optimization, and manufacturing processes for optical modules constitute core technologies and are far from being simple assembly or kit-building operations.

As of the market close on Friday, shares of Zhongji Innolight Co.,Ltd. were trading at 1,116 yuan per share, with a total market capitalization of 1.24 trillion yuan.
