On September 13, Shenzhen-based Hai Robotics Intelligent Technology Group Co., Ltd. ("Hai Robotics") has re-filed its listing application with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board, engaging Goldman Sachs and CITIC Securities as joint sponsors.

According to the prospectus, Hai Robotics operates in the warehouse automation sector, focusing on picking automation solutions—an activity identified as the most labor-intensive and time-consuming process within warehouse operations. This marks the company's second submission, following an earlier application on February 13 of this year.

The prospectus reveals that from 2023 through the first half of 2026, Hai Robotics accumulated losses totaling 3.523 billion yuan, with net current liabilities reaching 4.378 billion yuan. In terms of market position, the company claims to be the world's largest provider of ACR solutions, holding a market share exceeding 30% by both revenue and shipment volume in 2025, with operations spanning more than 40 countries and regions globally.
