Standard Chartered PLC (HKEX: 02888) has announced that on September 21, 2026, it granted 937,000 conditional rights (awards) and 5,724,300 share options to eligible employees under its 2021 Standard Chartered Share Plan (the 2021 Plan) and the 2023 Standard Chartered Share Save Plan (the 2023 Share Save Plan), collectively referred to as "the Plans".
The share options entitle holders to subscribe for ordinary shares with a par value of $0.50 each in the company's share capital, in accordance with the terms of the respective plans.
