Recently, Shenzhen Party Secretary Jin Lei conducted visits and research to companies including Ping An Group and Tencent Holdings. He engaged in in-depth discussions with corporate executives to gain a detailed understanding of business operations and solicited opinions and suggestions on better serving enterprises and promoting the high-quality development of Shenzhen's service industry. Jin Lei emphasized that government departments at all levels must fully support the expansion and quality enhancement of the service sector. He highlighted the need to focus on demand-driven growth, deepen reforms, leverage technological empowerment, and foster open cooperation. He called for the thorough implementation of comprehensive pilot programs to open up the service industry further, with an emphasis on strengthening specialized sectors such as technology services, financial services, business services, and cultural, tourism, and sports services. The goal is to accelerate the establishment of a new, high-quality, and efficient service industry system to inject strong momentum into high-quality development. Efforts should also be made to extend producer services towards specialization and the high end of the value chain, while promoting the high-quality, diversified, and convenient development of consumer services. Deepening and expanding the "AI+" initiative is essential, with greater efforts to foster mutual reinforcement and integrated development between the service and manufacturing sectors. Furthermore, solid work must be done in serving enterprises, enhancing the targeting and effectiveness of support measures, and continuously building a first-class market-oriented, law-based, and international business environment to create favorable conditions for companies operating in Shenzhen.
