Life Concepts Holdings Limited (8056) Announces Appointment of Executive Directors

Life Concepts Holdings Limited (the “Company”; Stock Code: 8056) announced that effective 31 October 2025, Mr. Chan Tai Neng and Mr. Ho Kwok Wai have been appointed as Executive Directors. According to the Company’s announcement, both directors will serve a three-year term, subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the Company’s annual general meeting in accordance with the articles of association and relevant listing rules. Each is entitled to an emolument of HK$360,000 per annum, determined with reference to duties, responsibilities, industry benchmarks, and market conditions.

Mr. Chan, aged 77, brings nearly 40 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. He previously founded Noble House (China) Holdings Limited (now known as Zhonghua Gas Holdings Limited) and served as its Executive Director from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Sun Wah Marine Products (China) Limited. In addition to various appointments and recognitions, Mr. Chan served as Vice President of Shanghai Culinary Association in November 2004.

Mr. Ho, aged 66, has over 50 years of experience in the food and beverage sector. His career includes roles as Deputy Supervisor at Tsui Hang Village and Executive Chef at multiple establishments before his most recent positions at Dongguan Star Mansion and Guan Yujia. Both appointees have confirmed that they have no relationships with any directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders of the Company, and they hold no interests in the Company’s shares within the meaning of the applicable securities regulations.

The Company’s Board states that there are no other matters that need to be brought to shareholders’ attention nor any additional information to be disclosed under the listing rules. The Board extends a welcome to Mr. Chan and Mr. Ho in joining the Company.
