Dajin Heavy Industry's Hong Kong Public Offering Oversubscribed 134.39 Times, Global Sale Nets Approximately HK$6.465 Billion

Dajin Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd. (DAJIN (01081)) has announced the allotment results for its global offering.

The company issued a total of 100 million shares globally, with the Hong Kong public offering portion accounting for 8.70% and the international offering portion making up 91.30%.

The final offer price has been set at HK$66.40 per share, and the net proceeds from the global offering are expected to be approximately HK$6.465 billion.

Each board lot consists of 100 shares. The shares are scheduled to commence trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, June 5, 2026.

The Hong Kong public offering was significantly oversubscribed by approximately 134.39 times, while the international offering was oversubscribed by about 10.68 times.
