Oriental Watch Holdings Limited reported no changes to its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 September 2026.

• Authorised capital stood unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

• Issued share capital remained at 487.36 million ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares during the period, and no new shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled.

• Oriental Watch confirmed that it satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25% as of 31 August 2026.

• The filing indicates there were no outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles, or other agreements that could affect the share count.

The submission, signed by Company Secretary Lam Hing Lun, Alain, reaffirms that all regulatory obligations under the Hong Kong Listing Rules were met and that no alterations occurred in the company’s capital structure during the reporting month.
