GEG to Appoint New Company Secretary; Mr. Tsang Ling Chung Marcus Succeeds Retiring Mr. Chong Wai Sang on 1 July 2026

Galaxy Entertainment Group Limited (GEG, stock code 00027) announced a leadership transition: Mr. Chong Wai Sang will retire as Company Secretary and cease to serve as an authorised representative under Listing Rule 3.05 effective 1 July 2026.

Mr. Chong confirmed he has no disagreement with the Board and is unaware of matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

From the same date, Mr. Tsang Ling Chung Marcus will assume the roles of Company Secretary and authorised representative. Currently Director of Legal at GEG, Mr. Tsang is a member of The Law Society of Hong Kong and brings more than 30 years of corporate and commercial legal experience, including advising Hong Kong-listed companies on compliance matters.

The Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Chong for his contributions and extended a welcome to Mr. Tsang upon his appointment.

As of 30 June 2026, GEG’s Board comprises: • Executive Directors: Mr. Francis Lui Yiu Tung (Chairman), Mr. Joseph Chee Ying Keung, Mrs. Paddy Tang Lui Wai Yu and Ms. Eileen Lui Wai Ling • Non-executive Directors: Dr. Charles Cheung Wai Bun and Mr. Robert Charles Drake • Independent Non-executive Directors: Mr. James Ross Ancell, Professor Patrick Wong Lung Tak and Mr. Sze Wine Him Jaime

The announcement was authorised by the Board and signed by Chairman Mr. Francis Lui Yiu Tung on 30 June 2026.
