Nokia fell over 3% in premarket trading after its Q4 sales missed estimate.

It reported a fourth-quarter FY21 net sales decline of 2% year-on-year (-5% in constant currency) to €6.4 billion, missing the consensus by €70 million.

  • The board proposed a dividend of €0.08 per share.It approved a share buyback of €600 million over two years.
