Productive Technologies (650) Announces Delivery of Advanced 12-Inch Semiconductor Cleaning Equipment

Productive Technologies Company Limited (650) has announced the successful delivery of a 12-inch high-temperature sulfuric acid cleaning system to a customer. According to the announcement dated February 11, 2026, this equipment targets advanced nodes at 28/14/7 nm and offers technical performance comparable to overseas suppliers. It supports cleaning processes up to 190°C and incorporates integrated designs aimed at boosting flexibility and competitiveness.

The announcement also highlights the recent delivery of five single wafer cleaning machines to four customers. These include one OCTOPUS system for a 12-inch wafer foundry’s 28nm production, as well as one OCTOPUS and one CUBE system to a 12-inch high-performance analog and power device fab. Two of these deliveries were repeat orders, and one additional repeat order is scheduled for imminent shipment. The announcement indicates that revenues from these orders have not yet been recognized.

The Company intends to continue focusing on fulfilling existing orders and facilitating acceptance of semiconductor cleaning equipment. It will also leverage its semiconductor wet processing expertise to expand the adoption of its solutions among high-quality semiconductor customers, particularly in critical application areas.
