China Beststudy Education Group (Beststudy Edu) reported no changes in either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 7 May 2026.

Authorised Share Capital • Authorised capital stood unchanged at 3.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00005 each, equivalent to USD 150,000.

Issued Shares and Treasury Position • Issued shares remained at 847.22 million. • The company held zero treasury shares, and there were no share issuances, cancellations or repurchases during the month.

Public Float • Beststudy Edu confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25 % as of 30 April 2026.

Share Option Scheme Activity • Outstanding options under the existing scheme totalled 84.80 million, unchanged from the previous month. • No options were exercised, and no new shares were issued via option conversions, resulting in zero funds raised during the period.

Other Equity Instruments • The filing recorded no warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked agreements in effect for the month.

Overall, the April 2026 return indicates a stable capital structure, with sufficient public float and no equity dilution events reported.
