Ruishen Life Services (01922) announced that the group expects to achieve a profit of no less than RMB 65 million in 2025, compared to a loss of approximately RMB 20.6 million in 2024. The turnaround from loss to profit is primarily attributed to (i) a reduction in net impairment losses on financial assets by about RMB 45.9 million compared to the 2024 financial year; and (ii) an impairment loss on parking space deposits of approximately RMB 53.7 million recorded in 2024, with no such impairment loss recognized in the current year.
