Shuangliang Eco-Energy Systems Co.,Ltd. (600481) announced on the evening of March 22 that the company and its controlling shareholder, Shuangliang Group, have received an Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty from the Jiangsu Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
According to the notice, an investigation found that on February 12, 2026, at 13:02, an article titled "Shuangliang Eco-Energy Secures Another Overseas Order, Boosting Commercial Aerospace Space Exploration" was published on the "Shuangliang Group" WeChat official account. At 13:25, an identical article was posted on the "Shuangliang Eco-Energy" WeChat official account. The articles contained operational information regarding the company's business expansion, customer relationships, and product applications. Given that commercial aerospace was a market hotspot at the time, the content constituted information voluntarily disclosed by a listed company that is relevant to investors' value judgments and investment decisions.
However, the company failed to accurately and completely disclose important details, including the small value and proportion of the order, the fact that Shuangliang Eco-Energy is a non-exclusive indirect supplier to SpaceX, and that the related business is occasional in nature. As a result, the articles published on both WeChat official accounts were misleading, constituting a violation of misleading statement provisions under Article 197, Paragraph 2 of the Securities Law.
The Jiangsu Regulatory Bureau plans to order Shuangliang Eco-Energy to make corrections, issue a warning, and impose a fine of 4 million yuan. The company's board secretary, Yang Likang, will be warned and fined 2.5 million yuan. Shuangliang Group will be fined 4 million yuan, and Lu Jie, General Manager of the Group's Brand and Public Relations Department, will be fined 2.5 million yuan.
