ZYY (08223) announced that BDO Limited (BDO) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective December 8, 2025, due to a failure to reach an agreement on audit fees for the consolidated financial statements of the group for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
The board further announced that, upon the recommendation of the audit committee, Zhongzhixin (Hong Kong) CPA Limited (Zhongzhixin) has been appointed as the new auditor of the company, effective December 8, 2025, to fill the interim vacancy left by BDO's resignation. Zhongzhixin will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
