Kingland Group Shareholder Transfers HK$36.81 Million Worth of Shares from CLSA to HSBC

A recent filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange revealed that on March 10, a shareholder of Kingland Group (01751) transferred shares from CLSA to The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation. The transferred shares had a market value of HK$36.806 million, representing 8.23% of the company's holdings.

On the same day, Kingland Group announced that the company's name has been changed from "Kingland Group Holdings Limited" to "AI Energy Engineering Holdings Limited". The English stock short name for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be changed from "KINGLAND GROUP" to "AI ENERGY ENG", while the Chinese short name will change from "景联集团" to "智算能建". These changes will take effect from 9:00 a.m. on March 16, 2026. The company's stock code will remain unchanged as "1751".
