The Water Resources Service Center has recently launched a thematic series of awareness campaigns focused on "Deepening Urban Water Conservation to Support Connotative Urban Development." This initiative aims to thoroughly implement water resource protection and conservation requirements, widely disseminate water-saving knowledge, continuously enhance public awareness of water conservation, and contribute to the high-quality, connotative growth of the city.
The center strictly adheres to the provincial water conservation deployment requirements, persistently deepens public education on water saving, and steadily advances the "Five Entries" awareness campaign as a regular practice. It has also innovatively expanded the campaign's scope to include Party schools, thereby broadening the outreach dimensions, expanding coverage, and improving the effectiveness of the awareness efforts.
This series of activities adopts a multi-point, comprehensive, and down-to-earth approach. Methods include hanging banners, setting up thematic display boards, distributing water conservation manuals and materials, providing on-site policy consultations, and conducting specialized lectures. These efforts are carried out across government agencies, enterprises, communities, schools, rural areas, and Party schools to deliver all-encompassing water conservation education.
During the special session at the Party school, center staff utilized the platform of the Party school's lecture hall to systematically explain the current status of local water resources, water conservation management systems, and relevant policies and regulations to young cadres. The goal is to guide cadres in playing an exemplary and leading role, taking the initiative in practicing water-saving concepts and fulfilling conservation responsibilities.
When visiting enterprises within the jurisdiction, staff focused on targeted presentations covering water usage efficiency, conservation to reduce consumption, and green production. This assists companies in establishing scientific and efficient water-use practices for their operations.
In communities, schools, and rural areas, staff used easily understandable language to普及 daily water-saving tips and techniques. This guides the general public in developing good habits of saving water and using it scientifically, ensuring careful and meticulous management of water resources.
The execution of this campaign series has effectively bridged the "last mile" in water conservation awareness, further fostering a strong social atmosphere where everyone cherishes, saves, and protects water. It has tangibly enhanced the conscious mindset and proactive actions of the whole society towards water conservation, protection, and management.
Moving forward, the Water Resources Center will continue to promote the "Five Entries" water conservation awareness work in a regular and institutionalized manner. It aims to consolidate the positive societal pattern of shared governance, joint contribution, and shared benefits in water conservation, fully ensuring the sustainable utilization of regional water resources. This effort will solidify the water ecological foundation for the county's high-quality, connotative economic and social development.
