MINTH GROUP (00425) announced that its MSCI ESG rating has been elevated from BBB to A, according to the latest assessment released by MSCI Inc. The updated rating took effect and was reported on March 23, 2026. The board of directors stated that the upgrade reflects the group's continuous improvement in sustainable development management and acknowledges its efforts in advancing high-quality and sustainable operations.
As a widely recognized sustainability evaluation system in global capital markets, the MSCI ESG rating assesses companies across environmental, social, and governance dimensions using quantitative metrics and industry-specific benchmarks. It is regarded by investors and capital markets as a key ESG indicator.
Throughout 2025, under the leadership of the management team and with collaboration across departments, the group continued to deepen its sustainability initiatives. At the strategic level, MINTH GROUP further clarified its carbon neutrality roadmap and conducted systematic emissions analysis. On the management front, the group introduced a quarterly ESG KPI evaluation mechanism for the first time and launched a group-wide carbon data management platform, integrating ESG objectives more closely into its global operations.
In terms of governance, the group issued several key ESG policy documents, including a Human Rights Policy Statement, Responsible Minerals Policy Statement, and Business Partner Code of Conduct. It also enhanced transparency in related disclosures through multiple public channels such as ESG reports and the corporate website.
Additionally, the group organized a series of ESG workshops and targeted training programs for management, functional departments, product lines, and factories to strengthen internal capacity building in sustainability.
The board believes the upgraded MSCI ESG rating demonstrates external recognition of the group’s ESG governance standards and practical achievements. Looking ahead, MINTH GROUP will continue to strengthen its ESG governance and performance, collaborating with customers, suppliers, and other business partners to promote a more sustainable and low-carbon industrial ecosystem.
