CHINA XLX FERTILISER Introduces Electronic Delivery of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express09-21 20:41

China XLX Fertilisers Ltd. announced a shift to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications for non-registered shareholders, aligning with the revised Listing Rules that took effect on 31 December 2023.

Under the new arrangement, English and Chinese versions of documents—including annual reports, interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, and proxy forms—will be posted on both the company website (www.chinaxlx.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). The board will no longer issue separate notices when materials become available online, and shareholders are encouraged to monitor the two sites proactively.

Printed copies will be supplied only upon request. Non-registered shareholders can obtain hard copies by completing the request form provided and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited or by emailing 1866-ecom@vistra.com. Each request remains valid until revoked, superseded, or the end of the first quarter of the company’s financial year, whichever occurs first.

Questions regarding the new distribution policy can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 during business hours or to 1866-ecom@vistra.com.

The announcement was authorised by Chairman Liu Xingxu on 21 September 2026.
