China Galaxy Securities Secures Regulatory Nod for Up to 50 Billion Yuan Corporate Bond Issuance

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (SH: 601881) has announced that it recently received official approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for its corporate bond issuance plan.

The company disclosed that the CSRC has greenlit its application to issue corporate bonds with a total face value of no more than 50 billion yuan to professional investors.

This approval, referenced under document number CSRC Permit [2026]1680, is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.

During this two-year validity window, the company is authorized to proceed with the bond issuance in multiple tranches.
