China Travel HK (00308) announced that on October 17, 2025, the company (as the borrower) entered into a financing letter with a bank for an uncommitted revolving loan facility with a maximum limit of HKD 500 million (or its equivalent in various other currencies). The bank can modify, cancel, or terminate the financing limit at any time without prior notice, including (but not limited to) the cancellation of any unused financing limit and declaring any outstanding amounts due and payable immediately.
