DTECH (HKG: 01377) has announced details of its global offering. The company is issuing a total of 12.632 million H shares globally.
The Hong Kong public offering portion, excluding the reserved shares for overseas employees, accounted for 9.52% of the total. The international offering, excluding the reserved shares for Chinese employees, made up 82.79% of the issuance. The final offer price has been set at HK$380.00 per share.
Net proceeds from the global offering are expected to amount to approximately HK$4.6648 billion. Each board lot will consist of 100 shares. The H shares are scheduled to commence trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on July 9, 2026.
The Hong Kong public offering, excluding the overseas employee portion, was significantly oversubscribed by approximately 354.64 times. The international offering, excluding the Chinese employee portion, was also oversubscribed, receiving 24.50 times the number of shares available.
