Chalco Announces FY2025 Final Dividend of RMB 0.147 per Share; Payment Set for 14 August 2026

Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (Chalco) will distribute a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.147 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, following shareholder approval on 26 June 2026. Based on the exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.14986, the dividend translates to HKD 0.169 per H-share.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will manage share registration at Shops 1712–1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Withholding tax framework: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10 % tax rate • Non-resident individual shareholders: generally 10 %, with treaty-based adjustments ranging from 0 % to 20 % • Mainland individual investors holding H-shares via Stock Connect: 20 % tax rate
