Stock News07-23

Shares of HANS CNC (03200) have surged once again, gaining over 6% in today's trading session.

At the time of writing, the stock is up 6.23% to HK$122.8, with a trading turnover of HK$11.30 million.

The upward movement follows the company's recent positive profit alert, which forecasts a net profit for the first half of the year in the range of RMB 900 million to RMB 1 billion.

This represents a significant year-on-year increase of 241.85% to 279.84%.

The company attributed the strong performance to a notable rise in the revenue contribution from its AI PCB-related solutions.

High-value-added products, including high-precision back-drilling solutions for next-generation high-frequency, high-speed PCB signal and power integrity, high-end and mSAP process HDI drilling solutions, and high-precision forming solutions, are experiencing robust production and sales.

Analysis from China Merchants Securities highlighted that HANS CNC has consistently delivered earnings that surpass expectations over the past several quarters, positioning it as one of the PCB equipment sector's most reliable performers.

The firm noted that second-quarter results again exceeded market expectations, with estimates suggesting the net profit margin for Q2 could reach a new historical high for a single quarter.

The brokerage further pointed out that, driven by downstream expansion in computing power PCBs and ongoing technological upgrades, HANS CNC's strategic position, technological leadership, product premiumization, and long-term growth potential in the PCB equipment industry are viewed favorably.

This outlook supports the expectation that the company's future earnings will continue to outperform forecasts.
