China Rare Earth: No Capital Changes in May 2026, Public Float Fully Compliant

China Rare Earth Holdings Limited reported that for the month ended 31 May 2026, both its authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged.

Authorised share capital stayed at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 400.00 million.

Issued share capital also held steady at 2,790,450,281 ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or newly issued during the period.

The company confirmed that it satisfied the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 % as of month-end.

The monthly return was submitted on 1 June 2026 and signed by Company Secretary Tsui Mei Fung.
