Insect Found Inside "Dongyangguang" Capsule, Official Customer Service Claims Ignorance

On December 11, a consumer recently reported discovering an insect inside the blister pack of purchased oseltamivir capsules. The accompanying image revealed the product to be "Dongyangguang" oseltamivir phosphate capsules, packaged in an aluminum-plastic sheet with capsules sealed in transparent plastic blisters under aluminum foil.

Drug traceability information indicated a production date of November 8, 2025, with an expiration date of November 7, 2029. The manufacturer was identified as Yichang Dongyangguang Changjiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Regarding the "insect in blister" incident, attempts to contact the manufacturer were unsuccessful as of press time. The customer service department of Dongyangguang Pharmaceutical Sales responded, "We are unaware of this matter."
