GME Group's Subsidiary Secures Infrastructure Construction Contracts in Western New Territories

The indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of GME GROUP (HKEX: 08188), GME Engineering Limited, has been awarded two infrastructure construction contracts in the Western New Territories, with a total value of approximately HKD 45 million, effective from May 2026 up to the date of this announcement.

Additionally, the company was granted a separate infrastructure construction contract for Diamond Hill, valued at around HKD 8 million.

In a further development, another indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Kin Shun Construction Limited, secured an infrastructure construction contract for Shek O and Tai Tam on July 3, 2026, with a contract sum of approximately HKD 110 million.

The aggregate value of all the aforementioned construction contracts totals about HKD 163 million.

Construction work under these contracts has already commenced and is expected to be completed within approximately one to three years from their respective start dates.
